Rhiannon Arnold-Rogers is a founding partner of The Arnold Law Group, P.A.
After graduating with a B.A. in Communications with a concentration in public speaking and argumentation/debate from the University of Mobile in 2001, Rhiannon was accepted to Florida State University’s College of Law, where she focused in the disciplines of criminal law and trial advocacy. During law school, Rhiannon had the honor of attending the prestigious Oxford University in Oxford, England, where she completed extensive coursework in comparative criminal procedure prior to returning to Florida State University in the Fall of 2003.

In 2006, based upon her strong desire to provide personalized service to her clients and develop more meaningful relationships within the legal community, Rhiannon founded The Arnold Law Group.

Attorney Arnold is a member of The Florida Bar, the United States Federal Court Middle District of Florida, and the Florida Justice Association, as well as the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association and the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She is a graduate of the Al J. Cone Trial Advocacy Institute and currently serves on the Florida Bar’s Student Education & Admissions to the Bar Committee. In 2008, Rhiannon was appointed to the Judicial Administration and Evaluation Committee, where she worked to obtain and retain qualified judges throughout Florida.
After years spent in courtrooms all over Florida fighting for her client’s lives and freedom, Rhiannon is driven to bring that same passion into the courtroom on behalf of her injured clients.
I believe that everyone is entitled to have a passionate advocate as their voice in the courtroom. Everyone deserves an attorney who will fight on their behalf. I have spent my career fighting for people across the State of Florida. I do not consider it my career; I consider fighting for those we represent a calling.

Walter L. Rogers, Jr. was born and raised in Laurinburg, North Carolina.
Two days after graduating from high school at the age of 17, he immediately began classes at the UNC-Charlotte, where he was active in student government and athletics prior to receiving degrees in Political Science and Marketing.

Prior to graduation, Walter secured a position with Bank of America in their Commercial Banking Division within their corporate headquarters. He later returned to the athletic sector, becoming the Corporate Marketing Manager of a North Carolina-based sports marketing company. His real world experience in presentations, contracts and negotiations helped shape his future as he departed the business sector to continue his education at Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, VA.

Today, he focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death claims, utilizing his training and experience dissecting cases to fight for individuals and families that have suffered a loss, been injured, or been wronged due to the improper acts of others.

Walter is a partner and shareholder of The Arnold Law Group, P.A and is licensed to represent clients in all Florida State Courts. Walter is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association.

Walter and Rhiannon live in Orlando, Florida with their two amazing daughters and their beloved dog, Martin. Both Rhiannon and Walter have a deep love for Orlando as well as the broader Florida community. This has led them not only to run a successful legal practice in Orlando, but also to expand to practice in Pensacola as well.
Though Walter and Rhiannon are always looking for ways to improve their practice and their community, they also make time to raise their beloved family! Rhiannon and Walter are proud parents to a seven-year-old daughter and animal lover, Madalann, and an (almost!) six-year-old daughter and budding gymnast, Maisan. Madalann, in addition to loving animals, loves nature and science, and plays piano. Maisan, on the other hand, spends more time upside down than right side up thanks to her love for gymnastics and has a talent for making people laugh.
Of course, no family is complete without a pet, and Walter and Rhiannon’s family is no different. Their 12-year-old pup is Madalann’s best friend and has no idea how big he really is. Martin is skilled at removing and destroying toy squeakers in record time, and is an aficionado at commands, but only when treats are present!
Walter and Rhiannon are so proud of the family they have grown in Orlando and love the life and the practice that they have built!
